This year, three deserving students received the scholarships: Elizabeth Hammond from Chautauqua Lake Central School, Jack Pietro from Fredonia High School and Nathan Cresanti from Maple Grove Junior/Senior High School.

Each recipient will receive $1,000 towards their college education. The award aims to support and encourage young individuals who are dedicated to making a difference in the field of healthcare by providing financial assistance and recognition to these students. The application process for the award required applicants to submit a 500-word personal statement, two letters of support and show a strong commitment to a career in healthcare. Through this annual Health Sciences Award, Family Health Medical Services is proud to recognize and reward exceptional talent and dedication in young people who are passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of others through their chosen field of study.
