The 2024 Downhill World Cup series is taking place in Les Gets, France, where the fifth round will be held at the renowned venue in the Haute Savoie region. Participants have a chance to win prizes in this contest, which is open to legal residents of Australia, Canada (except Quebec), Germany, United Kingdom, and 50 United States and DC. The contest runs from March 18, 2024, to October 6, 2024.
The grand prize includes a cash portion of 5,000 USD, which will be awarded in the form of a check for US and Canadian winners or a bank wire transfer for winners from Australia or Germany. Winners outside these countries will receive the cash prize in their local currency based on the current foreign exchange rate.
