The National Women’s Health Network (NWHN) has launched the 4Her2024 Get Out the Vote Campaign, aiming to educate the American public on voting basics and its impact on women’s health. In honor of Independence Day, the campaign is offering a free sticker giveaway to raise awareness about these issues.
As part of this campaign, the NWHN will provide information on how to vote in complex scenarios such as being a student away from home, transgender, recently incarcerated, a new citizen or abroad on election day. Additionally, they will highlight how votes can support science-based health care and restore bodily autonomy for women and people assigned female at birth.
Denise Hyater-Lindenmuth, Executive Director of the NWHN emphasized the importance of educating the public on these issues and rights. The NWHN has partnered with various entities during the election season to achieve this goal. Individuals who sign up for the Network’s Voter Empowerment Alerts will receive a free limited edition sticker designed by activist artist Sarah Epperson while supplies last.
