Recently, San Bernardino County health inspectors have been busy ordering restaurants and other food establishments to close and then allowing them to reopen. Hoji on 721 Nevada St., Suite 407 in Redlands was closed on June 27 due to insufficient hot water. DQ Grill & Chill at 2238 N. Arden Ave. in San Bernardino was closed on July 2 because of a cockroach infestation. KFC located at 2007 E. Highland Ave., San Bernardino was closed on June 28 due to food contamination from a water leak, but reopened on July 1. Lastly, Los Arcos at 934 E. Highland Ave., San Bernardino was closed on June 27, but the reason was not provided.
