During the week of April 4 to April 11, several restaurants and food vendors in Orange County were ordered to close due to various health violations. On April 8, Requiem in Anaheim was closed due to a cockroach infestation but was able to reopen on April 11. On the same day, Taqueria La Vida in Santa Ana faced the same fate due to a cockroach infestation but was able to reopen on April 9. Food sales at an Arco station in Garden Grove were halted on April 8 due to a rodent infestation.

On April 9, Wok Express at Food 4 Less in Stanton was closed due to a cockroach infestation but was able to reopen the next day. TOGO’S in Anaheim also closed on that day because of plumbing issues. Rice & Noodle in Tustin faced the same fate on April 9 due to a cockroach infestation. Comanche Market in Anaheim was closed on April 5 due to a rodent infestation but was able to reopen on April 6.

These closures are reported weekly based on inspections conducted by Orange County health officials. Updates on the status of these establishments are published in the following week’s list. The information is sourced from the OC Health Care Agency database.
