A 41-year-old man named Tory Tolbert is being sought after by authorities in Rockford, Illinois for allegedly robbing two healthcare clinics in the area. Tolbert, who hails from Gary, Indiana, faces charges of burglary, possession of another person’s credit/debit card, and theft.
On June 25, a burglary was reported at UW Health SwedishAmerican Hospital. Surveillance images of a man believed to be Tolbert were released by the hospital. Police suspect Tolbert’s involvement in another burglary at OSF Center for Health on June 13.
