Alliance Health Centers, a leading provider of healthcare services, has announced plans to open a new health clinic on Fort Wayne’s southeast side. The clinic will offer a range of services including family care, prenatal care, primary care, maternal mental health, midwifery care, and mental health services for children and adults.
Dr. Eric Shoemaker, Medical Director of Alliance Health Centers, expressed their excitement to join the southeast community in Fort Wayne and partner with Bridge of Grace to provide high-quality healthcare to individuals regardless of their financial situation. The clinic will open in mid-June at 909 Elmrow Drive and operate from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday.
The mission of Alliance Health Centers is to enhance community wellness by addressing obstacles such as financial, language, and transportation barriers. To better assist diverse community members, the clinic will have team members who speak Spanish, Portuguese, Cantonese, Mandarin, and Burmese. Dr. Nikki King, the CEO of Alliance Health Centers, highlighted their commitment to bringing care closer to their patients.
