These products are no longer sold and will soon no longer receive official support from Apple. According to the MacRumors website, Apple’s list of vintage and obsolete products includes items that have been discontinued for more than five years but less than seven years. This means that while these products are still eligible for technical support at Apple stores, they will only receive support for another two years before being completely abandoned by the company.
