During a recent meeting with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Elmedin Konakovic, Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan discussed the country’s progress in democratic development. Minister Mirzoyan shared Yerevan’s priorities for the new RA-EU partnership agenda with Elmedin Konakovic, highlighting joint efforts with partners to strengthen Armenia’s resilience.
Armenian Foreign Minister also expressed his desire for Armenia to achieve a developing economy with advanced technologies and participate in projects focused on enhancing regional connectivity. These objectives not only bring Armenia closer to the EU but also create new opportunities for collaboration with Balkan countries.
During the meeting, Minister Mirzoyan emphasized the challenges facing the South Caucasus region and stressed the importance of negotiating a peace treaty between Armenia and Azerbaijan. He also discussed the “Crossroads of Peace” program and its potential benefits for regional stability if implemented effectively.
