In Broussard, Elevation Station is undergoing a major renovation, adding a six-lane bowling alley and other entertainment options. The new bowling alley, featuring duckpin bowling, will be open for business by the end of June. Todd Dusang, co-owner of the facility along with Brett Hentze, a Metairie attorney, spoke about the project. According to Dusang, the work on the duckpin bowling lanes is expected to be completed within three weeks. The lanes will be located in front of the building situated at 240 St. Nazaire Road.
The new addition to Elevation Station will also include a large screen that can show sports games or other programs. A café is among the planned additions and is expected to be operational by the end of June, offering pizza, sandwiches, drinks and more. Dusang and Hentze acquired the business in November for an undisclosed sum as per land records. “Brett knew the previous owner who was looking to sell and move on,” said Dusang. “The establishment had not undergone any improvements since its opening in 2017.”
Dusang added that they have plans for additional attractions that will be introduced in September. This expansion project is aimed at providing more entertainment options for visitors to enjoy in Broussard’s growing entertainment district.
