Carroll College Takes Top Spot in Winter Sports Academic All-Conference Honors: Student-Athletes Embrace Dual Commitments to Athletics and Academics

This winter sports season, the Frontier Conference recognized 175 student-athletes for their academic achievements. Carroll College stood out among all institutions with 50 of their student-athletes being named Academic All-Conference. Winter sports such as basketball and indoor track and field were included in the recognition.

To qualify for the award, student-athletes must be at least a sophomore and maintain a minimum GPA of 3.25. The fact that Carroll led in the number of student-athletes recognized for their academic achievement speaks to the dedication and hard work put in by these individuals.

Overall, Carroll College’s student-athletes had an impressive department-wide GPA of 3.33 during the fall semester. This demonstrates the commitment to both academics and athletics that these students uphold. A list of all Carroll students who were recognized for their academic achievement can be found on their website.
