Celebrating 30 Years in Business: World Emblem, the Largest Patch and Emblem Manufacturer in the World

World Emblem, the largest patch and emblem manufacturer in the world, is celebrating its 30th year in business. Based in northwest Houston, the company produces an impressive average of 250 million emblems and custom products annually. What started as a small shop in New Jersey in 1993 has now expanded to have nine locations across the globe and over 1,000 employees.

Chief Operating Officer Jim Kozel highlighted the company’s dedication to customer service by emphasizing that World Emblem accepts orders of any quantity, with a minimum order of just one garment for embroidery. Whether customers need one garment embroidered or 10,000 garments, the company is able to accommodate their needs.

Some of World Emblem’s prestigious clients include the NFL, Levi’s, New Era, and Perry Ellis, showcasing the company’s ability to work with big name brands and deliver high-quality custom products. Kozel expressed pride in the company’s customized offerings, noting that customers can expect to see their favorite brands being stitched out in the production process.

World Emblem’s manufacturing process involves intricate steps that produce thousands of custom patches each day. ABC13’s Localish team had the opportunity to tour World Emblem’s facilities and witness first-hand the complexities involved in producing such a large volume of custom products.
