Chicago Sports Network to broadcast live Blackhawks, Bulls, and White Sox games.

A new network called the Chicago Sports Network (CHSN) is set to launch in October, bringing games from three professional sports teams in Chicago – the Blackhawks, Bulls, and White Sox – to viewers. CHSN will broadcast over 300 live games annually from these teams and provide pre- and postgame coverage. The network will also offer 24-hour multi-sport programming to viewers.

CHSN is a joint venture between the three teams and Standard Media, with broadcasting studios located at both the United Center and Guaranteed Rate Field in Chicago. The network will kick off by airing preseason games for the Blackhawks and Bulls in October, with White Sox games set to begin airing in 2025. NBC Sports Chicago will continue to air White Sox games for the rest of the 2024 season, pending league approvals.

The focus of CHSN is to serve fans through various platforms and markets to provide the best viewing experience possible. President of the network, Jason Coyle, stated that CHSN aims to reach viewers throughout Illinois, as well as parts of Indiana, Michigan, and Wisconsin. The network has secured agreements with cable providers, streaming services, and will also be available via free, over-the-air broadcast.

Sports fans in Chicago and surrounding areas can look forward to an exciting new way to watch their favorite pro teams in action with CHSN’s launch on the horizon. Standard Media, the teams’ partner in this venture, is based in Nashville
