Clara Welcomes Chung as Chief Technology Officer and Tainton as Chief Customer Officer

He previously served as the CTO for BlueVoyant and the FBI and also serves as a technical advisor to the U.S. Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court. Mark Tainton, on the other hand, takes on the newly created role of chief customer officer at CLARA Analytics. With over three decades of experience in the insurance industry, Tainton has a background in data science, AI, business intelligence, and risk management. He has previously worked at Ventiv Technology, Calamos Investments, HUB International, Arthur J. Gallagher & Co., and Aon Risk Solutions. Tainton’s expertise in these areas will be instrumental in helping CLARA Analytics provide exceptional customer service to its clients in the insurance industry.
