Colts’ QB Anthony Richardson Overcoming Shoulder Soreness: Is He Ready for Training Camp?

Anthony Richardson is fully cleared and ready for training camp, according to Chris Ballard

The Indianapolis Colts’ quarterback Anthony Richardson has been experiencing minor shoulder soreness earlier this month. However, the team’s General Manager Chris Ballard has assured fans that it is not a significant concern as they head into training camp. Ballard mentioned on the GM Shuffle podcast that Richardson will be fully participating in all activities during training camp without any limitations.

Despite undergoing surgery on his shoulder last year, Richardson has been dealing with minor soreness as he resumes throwing. The team’s medical staff advised him to take it easy to allow his shoulder to continue healing properly. Richardson’s health is a top priority for the Colts, considering his injury-shortened rookie season. However, the team does not seem to be overly worried about the issue. They believe that as long as Richardson follows the medical staff’s advice and takes care of his shoulder, he should be ready for the upcoming season.
