In collaboration with the Health Improvement Alliance (HIA), the Trumbull Health Department is administering a survey to residents in the local area. The purpose of this voluntary survey, which was established in 2003, is to gain insight into the quality of life and key issues affecting individuals in our community.
The HIA aims to address the health needs of Greater Bridgeport, which includes several surrounding areas such as Bridgeport, Easton, Fairfield, Milford, Monroe, Stratford, and Trumbull. Your feedback will be essential in guiding enhancements to programs and services in our region and will assist organizations in determining where to focus their efforts and resources.
To ensure your privacy and confidentiality, all responses will remain anonymous. The survey should only take about 5 minutes to complete. For any inquiries or concerns about the survey, you can reach out to info@ctdatahaven.org. To learn more about the work of HIA or to access additional resources for improving your health and well-being, visit www.hia-ct.org. Your participation in this survey is greatly appreciated and will contribute to the betterment of our community. Click on the following link to access the survey:
