As the 2024 NFL regular season approaches, the Arizona Cardinals are getting ready for training camp. In just three weeks, the team will report for camp in preparation for their Week 1 road game against the Buffalo Bills on September 8, 68 days from now. No. 68 on the Cardinals roster is tackle Kelvin Beachum, a crucial player who has been with the team since 2020.
Beachum has been an impact player for the Cardinals, serving as the team’s primary backup swing tackle. He initially signed a one-year deal in 2020, starting all 16 games at right tackle. Beachum then re-signed on a two-year deal, starting 15 games at right tackle in 2021 and all 17 games in 2022, transitioning to left tackle later in the season. Although he became a backup in 2023 after re-signing on a two-year deal, Beachum was named the Cardinals’ Walter Payton Man of the Year in 2021.
