The certification comes from a leading international consultancy company that evaluates workplace environments based on employee feedback through the Trust Index® questionnaire.
DHL Supply Chain Italia has been praised for its commitment to promoting employee well-being both within and outside of the workplace. The Great Place To Work model is based on five dimensions: Credibility, Respect, Equity, Pride, and Cohesion. These dimensions measure employees’ trust in their managers, their relationship with their work and company, the overall atmosphere of the company, and their relationships with colleagues.
