Dubai Real Estate Market Surges with AED 2.6 Billion in Sales and Mortgages

665 real estate sales in Dubai amount to AED 1.7 billion

On Wednesday, the Dubai real estate market experienced a surge in transactions with approximately 2.6 billion dirhams in sales and mortgages totaling AED 1.68 billion from 665 and 158 procedures, respectively. The highest value transactions occurred in Palm Jumeirah at AED 143 million through 11 transactions, followed by Airport City with around AED 107 million from 23 transactions, and Business Bay with AED 87 million from 46 transactions.

In addition to sales and mortgages, donations also played a significant role in the market, reaching a total of AED 229 million through 51 transactions. Al Quoz Industrial 3 led the way in donation values at about AED 94 million from one procedure, while Al Quoz Industrial and Al Barari were also among the top donation destinations.
