The annual Engineer It! competition is a fantastic opportunity for students in grades 1-12 to earn some spending money for the summer. This year, the Cox Science Center and Aquarium is hosting the event, and they are reaching out to students who are interested in participating.
The competition challenges participants to create an egg container that can protect an egg from a three-story fall, build a buoyant boat, and construct a water bottle rocket. There will be $5,000 in cash and prizes awarded to winners in elementary, middle, and high school categories.
If you’re interested in taking part in this exciting and fast-paced competition, you need to register before the deadline of April 5th. To find out more about how to register, visit the competition website. Don’t miss your chance to showcase your engineering skills and win some great prizes!
