The ELRC Region 5 downtown office and satellite locations offer services and support to families and professionals who are interested in accessing them. It is highly recommended that appointments be made in advance, although virtual and phone appointments are also available for convenience and safety. Virtual personal interviews and provider orientations can be conducted after hours as needed, making it easier for individuals to access the assistance they need outside of regular business hours.
In addition to providing services during regular business hours, ELRC Region 5 now offers Tuesday evening phone hours from 5 to 7 p.m. This service provides additional support to families and providers who may not have time during the day to access resources or assistance they need. With these extended hours, individuals can now get the help they need at a time that works best for them.
