ESG Clean Energy Achieves Major Breakthrough with Water-based Carbon Capture System

Innovative ESG Clean Energy Technology Doubles Carbon Capture Rate Through Patented Process

ESG Clean Energy, LLC has achieved a significant milestone in the development and commercialization of their clean energy system. The company’s patented water removal technology has allowed for at least double the amount of carbon to be captured per pound of adsorbent compared to previous industry standards.

Nick Scuderi, President of ESG Clean Energy, expressed his excitement about the results, stating that it was a major breakthrough for the industry. He noted that the data from the operational unit had validated their design and provided concrete proof of the technology’s capabilities.

Following successful installation and testing of the water removal system, ESG proceeded to test their carbon capture prototype using zeolite as the adsorbent material. The results showed that water removal increased carbon capture by 100% per pound of adsorbent, leading to a significant reduction in the size and cost of carbon capture systems.

ESG Clean Energy’s patented water removal system consists of an advanced ceramic membrane integrated into a unique mechanical cooling system. This technology is versatile and cost-effective, making it suitable for use on both large and small systems, as well as retrofitting onto existing power plants.

The testing was conducted at ESG’s 4.4MW gas-powered power generation plant in Holyoke, serving the local electrical grid. The company plans to implement this technology across all its planned facilities and has licensed it to a subsidiary of Camber Energy for use in Canada and multiple locations in the United States. The goal is to hold waste producers accountable for their CO2 emissions, promoting environmentally responsible practices in the energy sector.
