On July 24, the SVG’s Sports Content Management Forum will be held at the 230 Fifth Penthouse in New York City. This event is a must-attend for anyone in the sports media industry, as it will feature a full day of sessions led by media-management professionals from major sports broadcasters, leagues, teams, streaming outlets, and technology vendors. The forum is organized by SVG’s Sports Content Management Advisory Committee and chaired by Anne Graham, Manager of Sports Media Services at Warner Bros. Discovery.
This year’s agenda will focus on the current state of the industry and how sports-media organizations can ensure the future success of their content. Topics covered will include adapting to remote and hybrid workflows, storage and archiving both on prem and in the cloud, the impact of AI and ML, best practices for metadata assignment and management, MAM and orchestration planning, and much more.
