Federico Chiesa is close to joining Roma as the Italian winger nears a move to the Italian capital. Juventus had shown interest in the 26-year-old earlier in the year, and with Juventus officially putting him on the market, negotiations have accelerated. It appears that Roma is close to completing a deal for Chiesa, as reported by Il Romanista.
The Giallorossi are in advanced talks with Chiesa’s agent and Juventus, with a permanent deal expected to be finalized for around €20 million plus add-ons. Negotiations are currently centered on the bonuses involved in the transfer. If all goes according to plan, Chiesa will become a new Roma player under the guidance of De Rossi.
