From Cancer to Rock: Heart’s Royal Flush Tour Resumes with Cheap Trick as Support

Remaining Tour Dates Delayed as Ann Wilson’s Health Issues Force Heart to Postpone

In May, Heart canceled their European tour dates. The band, recognized as the first female-fronted hard rock band, was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2013.

Having started in 1974 by sisters Ann and Nancy Wilson, Heart’s Royal Flush tour is their first return to the road in five years. The tour kicked off in April with Cheap Trick as support. Wilson assures fans that this break is just a pause and that she plans to be back on stage in 2025.

The band recently underwent surgery to remove something that turned out to be cancerous. As a result, the band has decided to take the rest of the year off from performing to allow Wilson to fully recover. Fans are encouraged to hold on to their tickets for the postponed dates.
