In 2001, she founded Bright Beginner’s Day Care, which operated for years without significant growth. However, after becoming part of the Amplify LatinX small business program in 2018, Aguilar saw a significant increase in profits and planned an expansion of her business.
The Amplify LatinX program helped Aguilar identify and address her areas of weakness, such as tax filing, marketing, bookkeeping, and forecasting.
