Reese expressed gratitude towards Thomas for sending a message with her hard foul, and emphasized that players should not be nice to her on the court. Despite being upset about the incident, Reese made it clear that there were no hard feelings towards Thomas, and she remained in the game to contribute 13 points and five rebounds.
