Herschel ‘Guy’ Beahm IV, also known as Dr. Disrespect, rose to fame in January 2010 through videos posted on YouTube where he provided commentary on games like “Modern Warfare 2” and “Halo.” His unique persona, toxic gamer attitude, and irreverent humor quickly attracted a following, leading to partnerships with entertainment companies like Machinima, Inc.

Despite setbacks, including taking a break from videos due to marital issues in 2018 and a suspension from Twitch for inappropriate behavior in 2019, Dr. Disrespect’s popularity continued to soar.
