How to Reserve the Ecobonus Incentive: A Step-by-Step Guide

The Prime Ministerial Decree of 20 May 2024, published in the Official Journal on 25 May 2024, has allowed for reservations to be made for the Ecobonus incentive. Starting from 10 am on 3 June 2024, individuals can make reservations on the Ecobonus platform, which is managed by Invitalia, for contributions towards the purchase of non-polluting vehicles in various categories.

The platform provides access to the regulatory section where individuals can view the text of the Prime Ministerial Decree and the Circular that contains operational instructions and forms for requesting the contribution. The new decree allows for reservations to be made for both new and used M1 category vehicles as well as N1 and N2 commercial vehicles, including those that do not run on electric power.

Additional information regarding dates and procedures for booking contributions for M1 category vehicles intended for taxi services or rental with driver as well as contributions for installing LPG and CNG systems on M1 vehicles will be provided through a future notice. This incentive aims to promote sustainable transportation options and reduce carbon emissions.
