Since its inception in 2003, the program has placed over 300 fellows at organizations such as the city of Boston Mayor’s Office, Harlem Children’s Zone, Equal Justice Initiative, Mercy Corps, and Whitney Museum of American Art.

Through this program, graduating students, referred to as fellows, are given the opportunity to take on impactful management roles in nonprofit and public sector organizations for a year at a competitive salary. By participating in the Leadership Fellows Program, students gain unique experiences while hiring organizations benefit from their energy, strategic thinking, and analytical skills to deliver immediate results and enhance long-term organizational capacity.

The program serves as a bridge between the business sector and the nonprofit and public sectors. By providing fellows with the skills, knowledge, and networks needed to drive positive change in their future careers, it helps create a pipeline of leaders committed to making a difference in society.
