Heather Smith and Brook Lindsay have successfully completed the Business and Industry Services (BIS) Certification Program at Pioneer Technology Center. The program, designed for coordinators, managers, and directors in Business and Industry Services, Workforce and Economic Development, and Adult Career Development, has equipped them with new knowledge and skills to excel in their professional roles.
