Is EA Sports Trolling Oregon Ducks Fans with College Football 25’s Upcoming Matchup?

Oregon Ducks fans are feeling a bit confused after recent news about the upcoming College Football 25 video game by EA Sports. While many were excited when Kirk Herbstreit revealed the College Football Playoff feature and showed an example playoff bracket with the Oregon Ducks winning the national championship against the Ohio State Buckeyes, some are questioning whether this is just a massive trolling job from EA Sports.

The score of that game was Oregon 42, Ohio State 20, which brought up some difficult memories for Duck fans. The question on everyone’s minds is whether this is just a coincidence or if there is a curse at play. Is this foreshadowing of things to come or just a warning for fans not to get too excited too soon?

It’s impossible to say at this point, but regardless, it will be interesting to see how it all plays out. Oregon fans will have to wait and see if this virtual matchup holds any significance for the real upcoming season.
