He mentioned that he had a bad headache on April 11 last year and asked a friend for an Advil before blacking out for 20 days. Foxx also mentioned that his sister and daughter took him to a doctor in Atlanta where he received a cortisone shot.
When asked for more details, Foxx hesitated and cryptically stated that he did not want to share everything on camera. However, he did mention plans to share his health crisis in a humorous way on stage in a show called “What Had Happened Was.”
