Justin Timberlake’s Triumphant Return: Addressing DUI Arrest and Fan Love at United Center Concert

Justin Timberlake Speaks Out About DUI Arrest as World Tour Kicks Off in Chicago

In March, Justin Timberlake released his first new album in six years, Everything I Thought It Was. Earlier this week, the singer was arrested for allegedly driving while intoxicated in the Hamptons, which forced Long Island legend Billy Joel to weigh in on the incident. Despite this setback, Timberlake resumed his tour in Chicago on Friday.

At the concert on Saturday night at the United Center, Timberlake addressed what had happened. “We’ve been through ups and downs together,” he told the crowd. “It’s been a tough week, but you’re here and I’m here and nothing can change this moment right now.” He went on to thank his fans for their love and support, saying that sometimes he can be hard to love but they keep loving him anyway.

Timberlake ended his speech by expressing his love for his fans back: “I know sometimes I’m hard to love but you keep on loving me and I love you right back.” The crowd erupted into cheers as Timberlake continued with his performance, playing hits from Everything I Thought It Was as well as some of his older classics.
