The Dallas Cowboys, where he spent the majority of his illustrious career, mourned the loss of their beloved player. Known for his strength, athleticism, and impressive accomplishments on the field, Allen was a Super Bowl Champion, Ring of Honor member, and first-team All-Pro player for seven consecutive seasons.
Allen made a significant impact in the league during his time with the Cowboys. After being selected as a second-round draft pick from Sonoma State in 1994, he quickly rose to prominence with his incredible strength and surprising speed. He famously bench pressed 700 pounds and showcased his agility with a memorable Monday Night Football interception return tackle during his rookie year.
