Wrexham has officially signed Leicester City defender Lewis Brunt in a deal for an undisclosed fee. The 23-year-old has agreed to a three-year contract at the Stok Racecourse after spending the last season on loan at Mansfield Town. Brunt played in 40 games during the 2023-24 season, helping the Stags earn promotion from League Two alongside Wrexham.

Brunt, who came through Aston Villa’s academy before joining Leicester in 2021, made four appearances for Leicester – two in the Premier League and two in the FA Cup.
