Lippes Mathias Strengthens Healthcare Expertise with Acquisition of Syracuse-Based CCBLaw

Buffalo firm acquires Syracuse-based law firm specializing in health care clients

In a major move that has expanded its presence in New York, Lippes Mathias LLP, a Buffalo-based law firm, recently acquired Syracuse-based CCBLaw. The acquisition was announced on Monday and has brought eleven attorneys and eight staff members from CCBLaw into the Lippes Mathias fold while they continue to operate out of their current office at 507 Plum St.

CCBLaw is well-known for providing legal and consulting services to a wide range of health care clients across the United States, including group medical practices, private practice physicians, dentists, hospitals, ambulatory surgery centers and other health care facilities. With this latest acquisition, Lippes Mathias now boasts a total of 197 attorneys, 158 staff members and 15 offices nationwide.
