The Rams’ standout infielder, Michael Anderson, has committed to play baseball at Arkansas. With his impressive accomplishments this season, Anderson led the team in RBI with 41. In March, he broke the NCAA Division I record with 12 RBI in a game against Stonehill (Mass.) College. He nearly hit for the cycle by going 5 for 6 with 2 doubles, 1 triple, and 2 home runs.

Anderson shared his commitment on social media and expressed his gratitude for the opportunity. During a March series at Texas A&M, Anderson went 3 for 12 with a double and a home run. In his only series against an SEC opponent, he had 3 RBI, 2 runs, and 5 strikeouts.
