Details of the Council of Europe’s Adoption of the Artificial Intelligence Law

The new law, which prioritizes the protection of the public by implementing limitations and standards to reduce risks and safeguard human rights, is expected to be signed by the presidents of the European Parliament and the European Council. It will come into force within 20 days of its publication and its instructions will be implemented gradually.
