New Hope for Napoli with Antonio Conte’s Leadership and Romelu Lukaku Reunion in Sight

Dovbyk offer submitted by Napoli, with Lukaku still a priority for Chelsea

Antonio Conte has taken over the leadership of Napoli, signing a three-year contract to bring stability to the team after a tumultuous post-Scudetto season. The club is now undergoing its summer transfer window with sporting director Giovanni Manna, and Conte’s main focus remains on securing a deal for Romelu Lukaku from Chelsea.

Lukaku was coached by Conte at Inter and had great success with him, and Napoli is eager to reunite with the striker. However, Chelsea is currently asking for €44m for Lukaku, which could be a costly deal for Napoli. Reports suggest that Napoli has put together an offer for Dovbyk, willing to pay around €35m for the striker. Girona is asking for €40m, and Atletico Madrid has also shown interest with a €25m offer.

Despite these offers, Napoli’s main priority remains Lukaku, and they are hopeful that Chelsea may lower their asking price as the transfer window progresses. However, the situation remains uncertain as the summer transfer market approaches.
