In the Elite Women category, the top five finishers in qualifying were Vali Höll, Mille Johnset, Myriam Nicole, Tahnee Seagrave, and Monika Hrastnik. Meanwhile, Dakotah Norton, who missed out on a win in Val di Sole, set the top time in qualifying for the men’s race.
Following the Timed Training session, the Elite racers faced off against the clock to determine who would progress to the semi-finals. Vali Höll reclaimed the top spot on the timing sheets with the fastest qualifying time.
In the Elite Men category, Rémi Thirion trailed by 1.094 seconds and Finn Iles over two seconds behind in third place. Myriam Nicole came in third in qualifying for Elite Women’s race and was 2.1 seconds behind Vali Höll who set a new record.
The Protected Riders for the upcoming semi-finals included Vali Höll, Myriam Nicole, Tahnee Seagrave, Monika Hrastnik and others in Elite Women category while Benoit Coulanges was also among those listed for Elite Men’s semi-finals along with other riders such as Dakotah Norton and Rémi Thirion. The Semi-Finals Start List was set for both Elite Men and Women races which would see an exciting showdown in the upcoming races.
