Northwest Colorado Health has been recognized as the Grand Champion Best in Class for 2023 by the Community Health Provider Alliance (CHPA), a nonprofit organization that highlights Community Health Centers that demonstrate outstanding performance or significant improvement.
The CHPA evaluated the performance of 20 member Community Health Centers in Colorado, and Northwest Colorado Health was the only one to meet all targets in every category. The award recognizes their commitment to enhancing the quality, efficiency, and coordination of patient care throughout the state.
