Uncover the Fascinating Science of Soil in Feeding Minds Press’ Newest Book

Feeding Minds Press has launched a new children’s book called “The Soil in Jackie’s Garden” that will capture the attention of young readers, garden enthusiasts, and science educators alike. This picture book follows Jackie and her garden friends as they explore the wonders of soil and the process of plant growth.

Written by acclaimed author Peggy Thomas and illustrated by talented artist Neely Daggett, “The Soil in Jackie’s Garden” is packed with scientific facts about soil, plants, pollinators, decomposers, and more. Readers aged six and up will learn about environmental stewardship, gardening care, plant life cycles, the importance of pollinators, and composting.
