The integration of AI in the workplace is becoming increasingly popular among corporations. One particular program, ChatGPT Enterprise by OpenAI, has seen a surge in demand despite increasing competition. This special version of the program offers enhanced security, longer context windows, unlimited high-speed GPT-4 access, advanced analysis capabilities, and more. Users are also able to exclude data from training OpenAI.
In an interview with Bloomberg, OpenAI’s COO Brad Lightcap revealed that over 600,000 users have signed up for ChatGPT Enterprise since its launch in August 2023, up from 150,000 in January. Lightcap dubbed 2024 as “the year of adoption for AI in the enterprise” and expressed optimism in the continued growth of the program.
Although OpenAI has not disclosed pricing for ChatGPT Enterprise publicly, some users have reported a cost of $60 per seat per month. The tier below, ChatGPT Team, is priced at $25 per user per month.
