Northwest Colorado Health’s Community Health Center has been recognized as the Grand Champion Best in Class for 2023 by the Community Health Provider Alliance (CHPA), a nonprofit organization that highlights outstanding community health centers.
The CHPA evaluated performance measures to improve the quality, efficiency, and coordination of patient care throughout Colorado. Among the 20 member community health centers statewide, Northwest Colorado Health was the only provider that met all targets in every category.
