Penn State Secures Two Commitments from In-State Talent: A Look at the Class of 2025

Safety Braswell Thomas commits to Penn State

Penn State had a successful weekend on the recruiting trail, with two commitments from in-state talent. On Sunday, Braswell Thomas, a three-star safety from Cape May, New Jersey, announced his commitment to Penn State. Thomas is also rated as a four-star receiver by Rivals and has been a top target for Penn State since receiving an offer in March 2023.

Penn State’s Class of 2025 also includes commitments from cornerbacks Daryus Dixson, Jahmir Joseph, and Xxavier Thomas, as well as safety Antonio Branch Jr. Thomas has visited the campus multiple times for unofficial visits and football camps before his official visit this past weekend. Prior to committing to Penn State, Thomas also visited West Virginia and Nebraska.
