While the strain is considered low-grade, Harper may potentially return when eligible on July 9, although the team could decide to give him more time to recover through the All-Star break. Schwarber’s injury is less severe and is expected to return after 10 days.

Manager Rob Thomson indicated that Harper’s injury status would be reassessed on Friday, while Schwarber’s injury was attributed to an off-balance throw from the outfield.
