The business owner in Redmond is out of luck after his cargo trailer was stolen on Sunday, containing $13,000 worth of tools. The theft occurred in the 3700 block of Cascade Vista Drive and the owner, who is not covered by insurance for the theft, will have to cover the cost of replacing the tools. He plans to take a week off to determine the next steps.
