Revolutionizing Real Estate: ARMLS, Lone Wolf Technologies Partner to Offer Advanced Tools for Agents

Arizona Regional MLS collaborates with Lone Wolf Technologies

The Arizona Regional Multiple Listing Service (ARMLS) has recently joined forces with Lone Wolf Technologies to give its subscribers access to a new tool designed to help agents navigate the current real estate market. Called Cloud CMA, the tool offers real-time reports, presentation tools, and other resources aimed at helping agents showcase their knowledge to clients during the process of buying and selling homes.

James Marcus from ARMLS highlighted the importance of agents being able to demonstrate their expertise to clients, especially in uncertain markets. With the new Cloud CMA benefit from Lone Wolf, agents will have a valuable resource to set themselves apart from their competition and better assist their clients.

Lone Wolf Technologies has also partnered with other MLS organizations, such as the Northern Nevada Regional MLS (NNRMLS), to offer innovative tools like HomeSpotter, a mobile home search app. A recent study conducted by Lone Wolf and T360 revealed that real estate brokerages are increasingly utilizing software tools, with the average brokerage using 20 different software solutions daily.

In response to current events and market conditions, Lone Wolf has launched the Lone Wolf Foundation to support the development of new products and initiatives in the coming year. Lisa Mihelcich of Lone Wolf highlighted the importance of real estate agents proving their value to clients and finding opportunities for growth, even during times of uncertainty.
