In November, Colombian superstar Shakira will bring her world tour to Boston. The tour, which is the first leg of a North American leg, will stop in 12 U.S. cities and two Canadian cities. The tour kicks off on November 2nd in California and wraps up on December 15th in Detroit. One of the stops on the tour will be Boston, with a performance scheduled for December 8th at TD Garden.
Shakira’s latest album release, “Las Mujeres Ya No Lloran” (Women No Longer Cry), is the focus of the tour. It is her first studio album in seven years and features 17 tracks. Other cities on the tour schedule include Palm Desert, Phoenix, Los Angeles, San Antonio, Dallas, Miami, Charlotte, Washington D.C., Toronto, Brooklyn, Montreal, Chicago, and Detroit. International dates for the tour are expected to be announced soon.
Tickets for the tour will go on sale to the public on April 22nd at 10 a.m. However, Shakira’s Wolfpack members have access to a pre-sale starting at 9 a.m. on April 19th if they join before April 17th. Additionally, on April 12th
